Bulghur Pilaf Recipe

1gl of bulghur (200 gr), large grain
1 table spoon butter
1 table spoon olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1 large tomato, chopped
1 table spoon tomato paste
1 table spoon hot red pepper paste
2gl of water
Black pepper

Wash the bulghur and drain. Saute the onion with butter and oil for few minutes. Add the tomato and saute few min more. And then add other ingredients and stir. Turn the heat down to low. Cover and cook till all the water evaporates.
Let it rest for 5 min.
Serve it warm with green onions.
