Mojito Recipe - Michelle's birthday

Sunday, January 22, 2012

Yesterday celebrated my dear friend Michelle's birthday. Let me get a chance to tell how much i love her. She is my american friend who live in Turkey and almost half Turkish now:)
Beside i spent great time yesterday night , i also had nice experiment to make Mojito and new sauces. I am never so fan of alchol but the Mojito is the one of rare drink that i enjoy to have.
Here is a nice homemade Mojito recipe for your special occasions..

Ingredients
White rum
top up sparkling water
Mint sprigs
Ice cubes
Lime slice
Sugar

Mash the mint and sugar together. Add the (dark or light) rum and lime juice and pour over the ice.

Top up with sparkling water. Use a highball glass. I think the best way to combine ingredients for your tastes.

Enjoy!

Happy birthday to Michelle. She is lucky to have found you and that you two have become friends. I don't drink too much either, but I think I'd enjoy having one of these. Hope you had a great weekend and that all is going good for you.
