Easy and delicious food. I guarantee it is delicious but i cant guarantee it s healthy. I would prefer to cook it in the oven instead of fry next time.
Ingredients
1 gl milk(200 ml)
1 gl flour (200 gr)
2 eggs
salt
black pepper
100 gr grated cheese
1 roasted red bell peppers(i used conserve)
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and the eggs. Gradually add in the milk , stirring to combine. Add the salt and black pepper; beat until smooth.
Heat oily pan , pour some crepe mixture , tilt the pan with a circular motion. Cook the crepe for 1 min until the bottom is light brown. With a spatula turn other side and cook for 1 min as well.
Let the crepes cool a bit. Grate the cheese and chop the red bell peppers.
In each crepe put some cheese and red bell peppers and close it like envelope.
Heat some oil and fry the both side of crepe for 1 min till they get golden brown.
Serve warm.
Bon appetit..
